Consultation/Fitness Analysis
When you buy a single session or pack of sessions you will get a free consultation/fitness analysis session that will last one hour. This may include: -
A lifestyle/goals questionnaire
VO2 submaximal assessment (to look at level of CV fitness)
Postural analysis
Muscular endurance evaluation
Body composition measurements
Flexibility analysis

This information will be used to plan your session and design you a workout (single session) or programme (4, 8, 12 session packs)

Single Session
This will be comprised of:-
Warm up - Pulse raiser, Dynamic mobilisation and Re-warm.
CV component lasting 20 minutes, including interval training.
Resistance component with body weight, free weights and resistance bands.
Cool down and stretching

You will be given a copy of your workout to use as you wish.

Packs
The packs include:-
Warm up - Pulse raiser, Dynamic mobilisation and Re-warm.
CV component lasting 20 minutes, including interval training.
Resistance component with body weight, free weights and resistance bands.
Cool down and stretching.

You will be given a programme to follow with a CV element and free weight/ body weight exercises that will allow you to progress each week. You will be given a modified version of the programme every week. The PT sessions will work you in the same way but with more input from your Personal Trainer and using techniques that would be difficult on your own.
After every 4 weeks there will be a chance of a free re-evaluation of fitness and goals.
