Two nutrition packs are available - Nutrition for Weight Management and Nutrition for Sports Performance. Both packs on offer include a free consultation (1 hour), a food diary and activity diary analysis, and follow-up consultation, where the findings of the analysis is discussed with the client and advice is given on how to adapt their nutrition intake.

At the consultation, we will go through your goals, whether weight management or sports performance.
The food diary analysis will look at the macro nutrients you are consuming and how much energy you are getting from carbohydrate, fats and protein. It will also be used to ascertain whether you have a balanced diet. 3 week days and 1 weekend day will be looked at for this.

The physical activity diary will be used to find out how many calories you use in a typical day.
From these we can estimate your energy balance and percentages of macro nutrients and try and modify them.

Sports nutrition also gives advice on supplementing the diet.
